Application Requirements

• Applicant must be a citizen of a SADC country with a valid passport.
• Applicant must be no older than 26 years of age.
  
• Applicant must already have completed at least two years of university study with no more than one year practical work experience.
• Relevant fields of study include: engineering, controlling, logistics, sales and marketing, commerce or information technology.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Applicant must be keen to learn German.
• An independent and well-structured work ethic is vital for the successful completion of the programme.
• High motivation and readiness to perform. We expect all participants to be strongly motivated and support the departments which they are assigned to.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and culture.
